Half of large retailers “failing to connect in-store and online shopping experience”


Most large UK retailers are continuing to face difficulty in delivering a consistent omnichannel experience, with almost three-fifths (59%) unable to link in-store sales to online activity and nearly two-fifths (38%) failing to offer consistent pricing across all channels, according to a study of multichannel retailers by RetailMeNot.

Pinterest ramps up ecommerce capability with buy it button
