Amaze launches iPad application for Lexus

August 31, 2010

Pan-European integrated marketing and technology company, Amaze, has successfully launched an iPad application for premium car manufacturer, Lexus.

Amaze’s brief was to produce a solution for collecting consumer data at the multiple events attended by Lexus each year, and distribute the data effectively to centres across the country using the same level of cutting edge technology traditionally associated with Lexus’ range of cars.
Amaze has produced an iPad application that enables users to either request a brochure for a particular Lexus model or book a test drive through their local centre. The
application uses the iPad’s 3G wireless mobile phone network to send the data to Lexus and Amaze, where it is distributed to the relevant centre to be processed. In addition, users can also watch video demonstrations of the automotive technology available within the different ranges.
Andrew Dean, Senior European Account Manager at Amaze, commented, “Groundbreaking technology is at the core of the Lexus brand. By combining the innovative iPad platform with our deep understanding of Lexus’ customer relationships and business, we’ve once again put Lexus at the tip of the technology wave.”
