With Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day on the horizon, the digital marketing agency will be focused on maximising sales during the company’s busiest peaks as well as supporting its newly launched My Interflora Creations app.
The first of its kind in online floristry, the app provides a highly customisable service, where consumers can ‘drag and drop’ their choice of flowers to create a floral gift which is then recreated by one of Interflora’s network of local flower sellers and delivered to the recipient.
Croud is tasked with building the profile and usage of these apps, alongside supporting the core business.
Michael Barringer, Marketing Director at Interflora UK said, “With digital channels becoming the main routes to market for Interflora it was essential that we chose a marketing partner that we can rely on to deliver for our business and respond to an ever changing landscape. We are looking forward to working with Croud to achieve our goals across these peak periods.”
Luke Smith, Commercial Director at Croud added; “We are delighted to add Interflora to our client portfolio. Not only is it a fantastic brand, but it also serves as further proof of our progress since launch 18 months ago. We look forward to working closely with Michael and the team to drive exceptional return on investment for them.”
