Webfusion rewards customers with ‘refer a peer’ commissions

May 17, 2012

Web hosting firm Webfusion has launched its new website with a new partner programme in which customers can make 15 per cent commissions.

The new site focuses on providing a more personal customer experience, and putting a ‘face’ to the Webfusion brand, including photographs of real staff and their customers.
The site is also populated with customer-generated content which ‘goes beyond testimonials and case studies’, and is supported with a new customer charter.
The introduction of Webfusion’s partner programme will also mean customers who recommend Webfusion to their peers will ‘earn’ 15 per cent commission on any secured sale.
Thomas Vollrath, chief executive of Webfusion comments: “Webfusion has been providing solid, robust and reliable solutions for businesses of all sizes for nearly 15 years. Over this period the web hosting industry has evolved dramatically and we felt now was the ideal time to refresh our website so we can communicate our core offering in an accessible, interesting and engaging way. We want our superior service to speak for itself and the people that are best placed to do that are our customers.
“Not only will our customers have the opportunity to provide content for the new site, but the introduction of our loyalty programme allows us to give something back to them. We are nothing without our customers and in this increasingly competitive sphere, we want to be able to say thank you to those who are growing with us.”
From its exhibition stand, Webfusion will be presenting its new website and partner programme to the many creative agencies and web developers attending the Future of Web Design conference from 14-16 May. Anyone purchasing a dedicated server on an annual contract will be given a free iPad and also those simply visiting the www.webfusion.com
