New boss at R.O.EYE

July 4, 2012

Affiliate marketing firm firm R.O.EYE has appointed Gavin Male as Managing Director.

Male, currently Managing Director of AffiliateFuture and formerly Managing Director of tmnmedia, EDR Agency and TAPPS BV (the TMN Group), will begin work at R.O.EYE in September.
Established since 2004 an affiliate management agency, R.O.EYE’s clients include Google, eBay and Virgin Holidays.
The company will look to build on its expansion from 2011 when it opened new offices in London and Berlin, and grow its core speciality of affiliate management while introducing a range of new service offerings in other areas of performance marketing.
Male will use his extensive experience in building, managing and growing digital marketing businesses in the UK and Europe to help R.O.EYE further tap into the potential of the performance marketing sector.
“The evolution of affiliate and performance marketing in the UK and Europe creates many new opportunities, and I’m joining a company where I have the opportunity to lead some of the brightest minds and most talented individuals in this sector,” said Gavin Male, MD of R.O.EYE. “I’ll be looking to grow the affiliate management area here and overseas, as well as pushing the company to explore complementary digital offerings that will greatly benefit both our current and future client base.”
Male worked for TMN Group across its various divisions for ten years and helped to direct the company through a wide range of changes. He was promoted through the ranks until his final position in June 2010, when he was appointed Managing Director of all divisions. Throughout his time at the company, he was responsible for driving the business and leading the integration and day to day management of AffiliateFuture, one of the UK’s biggest affiliate networks.
“Gavin’s experience is perfectly aligned with the strategic objectives of the business – R.O.EYE is now offering pan-European solutions and aggressively developing services in the sector through its bases in Manchester, London and Berlin,” said Mark Kuhillow, founder of R.O.EYE. “While still focusing on our industry-leading position as corporate affiliate management specialists, we’ll be rolling out a number of performance offerings into the market towards the end of 2012.”
