‘My Dad Wrote a Porno’ Christmas special debuts exclusively on Spotify for all users

December 4, 2018

One of the most popular podcasts in the world, ‘My Dad Wrote A Porno’, releases its eagerly-awaited Christmas special exclusively on Spotify for two weeks. ‘My Dad Wrote a Christmas Porno 3’ is now available now for all users – both free and Premium – on Spotify.

James Cator, Head of Content Partnerships, EMEA, at Spotify said: “We are huge fans of ‘My Dad Wrote A Porno’, so we’re incredibly excited to be able to partner with them to bring ‘My Dad Wrote a Christmas Porno 3’ to their legion of fans on Spotify for two weeks before it’s available anywhere else.”

Launched in 2015, the UK-based ‘My Dad Wrote A Porno’ is one of the most popular podcasts in the world – a breakout hit of the podcasting medium, winning both awards and international acclaim. Over the last three years its fan base has grown to such an extent that ‘MDWAP’ live shows can now fill the Royal Festival Hall and Sydney Opera House.

Hosted by James Cooper, Jamie Morton, and Alice Levine, ‘My Dad Wrote A Porno’ sees Morton read chapters from his father’s erotic series “Belinda Blinked” – penned under the nom de plume Rocky Flintstone – while Cooper and Levine chip in with commentary.

The podcast has attracted a string of celebrity fans, with guests on the show including Daisy Ridley, Elijah Wood, Silicon Valley‘s Thomas Middleditch, and Crazy Ex-Girlfriend‘s Rachel Bloom.
