TV24 UK uses app survey for viewing habit insights

October 21, 2014

TV24 Group, a global TV guide app provider, has chosen Survey Anyplace’s mobile survey technology to get actionable, in-depth information about its users’ viewing habits.

“Survey Anyplace was easy to set up and design,” says Fredrik Hellström, CEO & Co-founder at TV24. “It’s mobile friendly and works well on both iPhone and Android, which is a must. It does exactly what it should do.”
TV24 Group used Survey Anyplace’s off-the-shelf product with its customized design tools to create a seven-question quiz that generated more than a thousand responses. The survey was promoted via banner ads within the TV24 television guide app that automatically directed users to URL of the survey.
“Survey Anyplace delivered valuable customer information that we will be able to use to enhance our bottom line with both improved customer service and more targeted advertising,” continued Mr. Hellström. “We discovered that 40 percent use our app several times a day and that the majority of respondents are over 45 years old.”
Survey Anyplace offers cross-platform mobile tools for surveys, training, and gamification to generate real-time insights from customers and employees.
While the surveys themselves do not require app installation, they can be embedded directly into native iOS, Android or Windows Phone apps to gather feedback through in-app banners or notifications.
“Customers want to be heard. We designed Survey Anyplace to make it easy for anyone to create a cross-platform mobile marketing tool in a matter of minutes,” said Stefan Debois, Survey Anyplace CEO and Co-founder. “The insights TV24 is getting from its customers are a great example of how quickly mobile surveys deliver ROI.”
