Former CNN marketing boss joins Linkshare

Affiliate network LinkShare has appointed Mark Haviland as Chief Commercial Officer, based in the UK.

Mark joins LinkShare from CNN International, where he was responsible for driving audience growth for CNN across the EMEA region.
Prior to working for CNN, he worked in London, Tokyo and Paris for the Walt Disney Company. Mark’s understanding of international brands and consumers makes him uniquely positioned to champion growth across LinkShare’s global network.
In his new role, Mark will be responsible for the growth of new business including the signing of new advertisers and publishers to the LinkShare UK Network.
Mark’s significant experience in marketing and sales will also be used to help strengthen and promote LinkShare’s position in the marketplace as it expands around the world.
