Coca-Cola boosts customer relations with new digital asset library

January 28, 2019

Coca-Cola European Partners, the largest bottler of The Coca-Cola Company products in Belgium and Luxembourg, is one step closer to fully automating the dissemination of relevant product graphics and information to customers, with their new digital asset management system now in place.

CCEP replaced their legacy photo library with WoodWing Elvis DAM, which now serves as the only go-to file repository to upload, tag and manage their digital assets.
Furthermore, the new digital asset management solution makes it easy to share relevant product materials and graphics with customers and external marketing agencies, for production of necessary marketing materials. In total, about 400 people will be working with the new solution.

The company behind the implementation of Elvis DAM in the CCEP company was WoodWing’s trusted Belgian partner, Lab9. Lab9 has also developed custom plugins to connect Elvis DAM with the systems that CCEP is already using. One of the plugins connects Elvis DAM to TrustBox. The combined solution enables automatic updates of product graphics and information on all retailer websites that list CCEP’s products.

With the implementation of Elvis DAM, the company has already noticed significant improvements in workflow efficiency and collaboration with key accounts and clients.

“Elvis DAM has helped CCEP overcome a number of operational difficulties, by speeding up the process of providing up-to-date product and marketing information to clients, and consumer relevant information, in line with GDPR and 1169/2011 regulations.” says Iris De Smedt, Graphic Designer at Coca-Cola European Partners.
