Paul’s Boutique takes UK fashion international with cross border commerce tech

Paul’s Boutique partnered with Global-e, the cross-border e-commerce solution provider to help its the number of international orders grow by 56%. International revenue has increased by 40% and now accounts for 50-60% of its weekly revenue.

The Challenge

Accessories brand Paul’s Boutique were looking to grow their international online sales. However, their
international conversion rate was hampered by typical e- commerce cross-border barriers such as high shipping rates, no tax and duty prepayment option at checkout, and only a limited number of supported currencies and payment methods.

Management was looking for an efficient and cost-effective solution that would help deliver their international customers the same excellent shopping experience they provide their
domestic customers, to drive sales outside the UK.

The Solution

The Results

Since the launch of Global-e’s solution, Paul’s Boutique has experienced substantial global growth: the brand has an active presence in over 80 countries worldwide and its number of international orders has increased by 56%.

The award-winning British brand has also seen a 46% increase in conversion rate from non-UK visitors.

Within a year of implementation, Paul’s Boutique’s international revenue increased by 40% and now accounts for 50-60% of its weekly revenue.
