Ecommerce tool eSellerPro rebrands as Volo

February 19, 2015

eSellerPro, an ecommerce ERP solution, today announced it is rebranding as Volo following a period of growth.

Over the last 3 years the Volo platform has processed more than 100 million items sold by its customers on multiple online channels, resulting in parcels being shipped to every country in the world.

Building on this growth, the updated brand name means ‘flight’ and will include a completely new visual identity, online presence and tagline: “Adventures in ecommerce”.

For the online multi-channel selling community, Volo works with businesses to deliver innovative solutions and best practices that simultaneously increase revenue opportunities and reduce operational costs. Combined with the passion of the entrepreneur or ecommerce leader, this results in powerful growth to drive online businesses forward.

“Typically we see an online merchant double their revenue within two years of adopting our platform,” said Paul Watson, CEO, Volo. “This evolution of our brand reflects that growth and our ambition to build the world’s most successful community of online, multi-channel sellers”.

“Our customers invest in us initially due to the depth of our product and our expertise. However, this quickly becomes a partnership as we work with each customer, utilising our software and services to enable them to manage more products, improve customer service, access more markets, and do more with existing resources. This is transformational and enables Volo customers to focus on their passion and what they love doing”.

Chris Farrelly, founder and CTO, Volo added: “eSellerPro has been the most comprehensive ecommerce platform for online entrepreneurs for quite some time. The next phase in our growth is about energising and fuelling our customers to transform their revenue growth. We have now reached the point where, in order to drive this success further upward and demonstrate that we can go far beyond just the technology, we need to rebrand and reposition ourselves.”

Paul Watson added: “People selling online are driven by an early passion that soon evolves into ambition to grow a successful business, Volo is designed to help them fulfil that ambition beyond that which they thought possible. There is a pressing need for a community of excellence amongst online multi-channel sellers and Volo will deliver that.

“There is an increasing range of options for online merchants: marketplaces, web, mobile, social media and more. The entrepreneurs and businesses harnessing these options are driving a rapidly growing section of the economy and Volo will be at the forefront of that growth.”
