Hailo makes new ‘reliability pledge’

February 18, 2015

Taxi app Hailo has started a new ‘reliability’ campaign, promising its clients to “get them a cab, come rain or shine and if we can’t we’ll give them their next journey free.”

The pledge comes after the leading taxi app launched it’s ‘We’ll be there’ promise last week, guaranteeing passengers a free journey next time if there are no taxis available at the time of their hail.

Gary Bramall, Chief Marketing Officer at Hailo, is available to speak about the company’s commitment as a “people first” organisation and how Hailo operates in the much-hyped taxi industry.

Bramall says: “We’re totally committed to making life that little bit better for our customers and we know reliability is key to that. We’re not about transactions and systems, or slashing and surging prices. Our aim is to get people around this city quickly, comfortably and in time.”

Hailo is experiencing continued success globally with the cabbie app hitting nearly £20 million in revenue globally in December 2014. This is set to treble by the end of 2015.
