The services will be marketed through the newly branded dgmSearchLab, dgmAdNetwork and dgmPerformance network.

The company offers clients teams of online marketers in key areas for online marketing campaigns.

Commenting on the changes, Jonathan Lines, chief marketing officer of dgm, said: "This is a new dgm, once an expert in one sector, now a specialist in three complimentary areas of online marketing.”

Last year, dgm reported a doubling of final quarter turnover from £1.88m in 2003 to £4.45m in 2004. It also secured a string of client acquisitions, including Oxfam, Standard Life Healthcare, Alliance & Leicester and ING Direct.

"These figures have been achieved by improving the Company's sales mix and consistently driving terrific ROI for our clients,” Lines added. “The change to dgm will re-inforce this strategy."
