The web group, which operates a B2B design unit as well as the mykindaplace.com website, is part-owned by Sky and the content deal will further strengthen the bond between the two companies.
The mykindaplace.com site, aimed at teenage girls, already provides Sky's recently-launched Flaunt music channel with celebrity gossip, news, reviews and horoscopes.
The latest deal is a wider agreement that the company also said encompasses "other commercial services", though it is not known if this will include interactive design through the business's B2B arm.
Eurovestech, the technology-focused investment boutique that holds a 5.3% stake in mykindaplace, said the deal woukd bring in revenue streams "outside mykindaplace's established activities".
The company achieved profitability in June and is forecasting "strong" revenue growth. Mykindaplace or Sky were not immediately available for comment.
