Happy Socks chooses Sitoo mPOS to accelerate global growth

Swedish sock retailer Happy Socks has chosen Sitoo as its global mobile point of sale (mPOS) system.

Established in Sweden in 2008, Happy Socks has rapidly grown and now operates in over 90 countries and can be found in over 10,000 top fashion apparel stores.

Sitoo provides one of the market’s leading and most powerful cloud-based mPOS systems to international retailers and working with Happy Socks is the perfect fit.

“We’re undergoing rapid growth and continuing to expand into more countries while opening more stores,” says Mathilda Sällberg, Global Retail Buyer at Happy Socks. “One of the key drivers for us choosing Sitoo as our global point of sale system has been how simple it is to operate, to roll-out and to scale. In addition to that, having Sitoo as our global retail payment system will also give us sales data from our different markets collected in one place. This will of course will have an important role in our expansion and growth. It also means we can deliver a great experience for our customers wherever they are in the world. It means we can make them happy right from their moment of purchase,” she added.

Digitalising physical stores has been the number one priority for many retailers in 2019. By embracing digital, they are able to do more of what they do, do it better and provide an improved service. It is for this reason a system like Sitoo – which integrates with other services across the whole retail ecosystem – has become an integral solution for many of retail’s leading brands.

Jens Levin, CEO and Co-Founder of Sitoo, says: “We provide a mobile point of sale system for global retailers who are facing the challenges of new customer shopping behaviours. We give our customers more control, we make life easier for them and we give them cost efficiency which in turn allows them to provide an even better service to their customers.”

“We’re in the middle of a retail revolution where the physical and digital customer experience blends together. Our platform is scalable and easy to implement regardless of language or legal requirements. By choosing Sitoo, I’m convinced Happy Socks will turbocharge their growth and power through to the next level,” he concluded.
