Dynatrace has launched a new set of tools to help marketers keep tabs of how well their mobile and online business services are performing in comparison with competitors’ campaigns.
Key new capabilities include:
· Competitive analysis – business-level leaders can now keep tabs of how well their mobile and online business services are performing in comparison with their competitors’, so they can truly get a feel for who’s the best in the business and where the bar is set. Furthermore, they can get ongoing alerts and recommendations on where improvements can be made to optimise the user experience and maximise digital revenues.
· Answering questions before they’re asked – Dynatrace’s analytics engine now pulls in millions of performance signals every day, contrasting them with historic online and mobile service performance data to identify the root cause of any performance degradations before anyone has even noticed there’s a problem. This enables the problem to be fixed before users start to feel the pain and click over to a competitor.
· Total visibility into digital behavior – business leaders can get a single view into how digital services are being used by customers, including which channels are being used most, which regions are most active, and how long users stay on the site for. External data from tools like Google Analytics or Marketo can also be integrated, creating a ‘Digital Experience Centre’ providing the business with an instant snapshot of how they’re doing in the digital race.
