It’s clear from our analysis that the win against Ukraine has seen a flurry of feel-good activity online, with fans’ optimism reflected in the searches they’re making – from tickets to Poland, to offers on new flatscreen TVs. If England do well, we’re predicting a huge surge in online activity that could only be upstaged by Team GB’s performance at London 2012. Smart digital marketers will know precisely how to tap into the mood of the nation with the right offer at the right time.”
