Christmas Gifts 2010: “No sextoys please, we’re British”

Two in five (42%) of British consumers would be disappointed with a sextoy as their gift, and 38% would not like a scented candle, according to a new survey.

The study, from shopping search engine Twenga, asked Internet users about Christmas gifts they don’t want to receive.
The results show that The sextoy is indeed the least popular item in Europe, especially for the French, 47% of whom wouldn’t like to receive one.
Classics such as gift vouchers, money and electrical appliances are more appreciated (respectively 13%, 13% and 14%).
