Underwired creates Facebook app for bestseller Jasper Fforde

Specialist eCRM agency Underwired has created a new Facebook app for publisher Hodder & Stoughton.

The app, Help find Thursday Next, has been created to help drive reader awareness for the international bestselling author, Jasper Fforde.
The simple game is based on the critically acclaimed authors number one bestseller One of our Thursdays is Missing and has been developed as part of a planned social media strategy for Hodder & Stoughton, which also counts Stephen King and John Grisham among its stable.
Naomi Berwin, Marketing Executive at Hodder & Stoughton, commented, We wanted an app that would support the launch of the Facebook page and really engage with Jasper’s fans. ‘Help find Thursday Next’ does this perfectly in keeping with the tone of the books and acts as a data capture tool without interfering with the experience of playing the game.
