New marketing boss at Brand Potential

Brand Potential has appointed three senior members of staff as the consultancy looks to expand since its launch in 2010.

Joining the agency is Julie Needle as Marketing Director, who brings a wealth of expertise from a 20-year career working on both client and agency side and will be defining the agency’s marketing and business development strategies.
Coming in alongside Needle is Amira Youssef as Senior Consultant, previously Head of Technology at Nielson, who also held senior roles at TNS, Nokia and The BBC, and Andy Patten as Project Manager.
Patten will bring a new creative edge to the agency with his expertise in photography and video production.
Tom Lovett, Commercial Director at Brand Potential, commented, “It feels like a great achievement to be expanding our management team in such a challenging climate, and we’re thrilled to be bringing in the skills of these three talented individuals.”
