Webcredible, the user experience consultancy, today announced the appointment of Olivia Salisbury as Head of Client Services, a new role created to support the growth in the company’s service offering and business as a whole.

Prior to joining Webcredible, Olivia worked as a Senior Account Director at strategic digital agency, GT.  She has over 12 years experience developing user centred digital propositions and products, working with multinational organisations including BBC, Vodafone and Walmart.

As Head of Client Services, Olivia will be responsible for defining strategic relationships with clients as well as driving revenue growth from new and existing clients to support Webcredible’s long-term business growth.  Olivia will report directly to Ismail Ismail, Director at Webcredible.

Commenting on Olivia’s appointment, Ismail Ismail said: “As we continue our rapid growth as a business and in our service offering, first class client service is imperative to our ongoing development.

“Olivia’s vast digital experience and expertise with large, international companies from both the agency and client side makes her the perfect candidate to take on this newly created role and play a key part in driving Webcredible’s business forward.”
