Price comparison site Consumerchoices.co.uk has finalised an exclusive partnership with Confused.com to manage its bundled comparison services.

The arrangement has seen Confused.com experience a 300% increase in revenue year on year from these services.

Confused.com, together with Consumerchoices.co.uk, will also add mobile broadband to its existing portfolio of services.

The partnership further extends offline with  Consumerchoices.co.uk now handling all of Confused.com’s offline sales for these services, through its dedicated call centre solution.

Simon Piper, Head of Business Development, Consumerchoices.co.uk, said: “Consumerchoices.co.uk works with partners to uncover value and provide top class service. We’re delighted that Confused.com has chosen to work with us on an exclusive basis.  This deal is a clear indication that our ongoing investment in delivering compelling outsourced solutions to partners is mutually beneficial.”

Gareth Kloet, Head of Utilities at Confused.com, said: “After extensive benchmarking we have recently appointed Consumerchoices.co.uk as the exclusive broadband, phone and TV comparison partner for Confused.com. This decision is based on expertise in the market, strong client relationship management, conversion metrics and the ability to offer best off breed products and solutions that work well for our users and our business.   This partnership is a growth channel for us, and we are really pleased with the initial results. We look forward to rolling out much more with Consumerchoices.co.uk over the coming months.”
