Web chat site Chatroulette is reportedly developing new software designed to recognize male genitalia in a bid to block the high volume of web flashers that appear on the site.

Launched earlier this year, Chatroulettte lets users chat (via IM and webcam) with random people with a click of a mouse.
The site has become popular worldwide, but has been plagued by nefarious users displaying their private parts, rendering the site too offensive to be adopted by a potentially wider and more lucrative audience.
TechCrunch reports that the website’s founders are planning to add image-recognition software that will filter out shots of male genitalia.
Changes could also include a system that flags users who are consistently "nexted" (skipped past), presumably because they are exposing themselves or otherwise being offensive.
TechCrunch also reports that Napster founder Shawn Fanning is working with Chatroulette's founder, Andrey Ternovskiy, in an uncompensated advisory role.
