Website publisher Shiny Media, whose titles include Catwalk Queen and Tech Digest, has appointed premium video advertising firm The Web TV Enterprise to exclusively manage the video advertising for 20 of its entertainment channels.

Shiny Media was founded in 2004 by Chris Price, Ashley Norris and Katie Lee; all established journalists from publications including The Guardian and The Mirror.
