UK bingo portal Bingo Hideout has launched a new social networking component, allowing members to create an online community of friends, while keeping up to date with the latest news and offers in online bingo.

With over 25,000 members, Bingo Hideout’s new social network enables members to meet, chat and make friends, with the option to form common interest groups and upload photos to their own profile page.

Ben Thorns, director of Bingo Hideout, said: “Social networking sites have become an important part of people’s lives as they offer an easily accessible, free and user friendly method of keeping in touch. What we have seen with bingo is that the social side is an integral part of their popularity and we therefore wanted to offer our members the opportunity to make the most of the interaction in a fun and convenient way.”

Established in 2006, Bingo Hideout has grown to become one of the UK’s leading bingo portals, featuring news from over 50 top bingo websites including Foxy Bingo, Wink Bingo and Gala Bingo.

Thorns added: “Just like sites such as Facebook, our new social networking service allows members to keep in touch with friends, share photographs and catch up with gossip.  On our site they can be part of a community that shares a love of bingo, with the added extra of finding out the best offers and promotions from the world of online bingo.”
