Coremetrics debuts mobile analytics tool

Added:
Oct 09, 2008

Web analytics firm Coremetrics has expanded into the mobile area with the launch of a new tool designed to monitor how mobile users interact with ad campaigns.

The tool correlates mobile data with other values such as pages seen, product purchased, marketing channels

and visitor location.

Coremetrics' new ad-hoc reporting application lets clients create custom reports on the fly, without having to rely on IT or an analytics vendor.

The new tool comes as part of Coremetrics upgrade of its Benchmark,  Explore and Search products, along with further Analytics solution.

Matthew Burgess, senior analyst, eCommera, said: "The new release of  Coremetrics' Explore means we can offer our retailers even greater  visitor insight to help them maintain their competitive edge.  Explore's functionality lets us build reports with multiple combinations of fields and metrics, as well as use advanced visitor segmentation, specifically around visitor frequency and browsing history.

“This means better visitor behaviour analysis for our clients,  which is key to driving the highest possible revenues and margins across all their channels."
