Search marketing agency Tamar has appointed Tracy Musung as Head of Analytics to support the showcasing of Tamar’s campaign results to existing and prospective clients.

Based in Tamar’s Shanghai office, Tracy will lead the global analytics team, focusing on providing ROI analysis and key performance indicators to clients across the whole of their search conversion campaigns.

Prior to joining Tamar, Tracy worked as a research analyst for the UK Crown Prosecution Service and the Law Society of England and Wales.  Previous to this she worked as a budget analyst for the Australian Government Department of Finance.

Tracy will be responsible for further building Tamar’s analytics offering, increasingly demonstrating the excellent value and return on investment provided by Tamar.

Announcing Tracy’s appointment, Tanya Goodin, CEO of Tamar said, “Analytics has always been crucial to any search agency, but over the next 12 months it will be even more critical as we must increasingly demonstrate value, prove our excellent results and emphasise ROI for all our clients in this tougher economic environment.  Tracy’s extensive experience in this area makes her the perfect candidate to further develop our analytics services and showcase our great work.”

Commenting on her new role, Tracy said, “Analytics is becoming increasingly important to companies looking to link their search strategy into sales and maximise ROI in increasingly uncertain times.  Tamar is at the forefront of this with its unique search conversion approach and I am looking forward to driving Tamar’s processes forward, conveying the fantastic results that its work produces.”

Tracy will head up the analytics process for Tamar across the globe, overseeing its offices in London, Shanghai and Cape Town.
