Advertising.com debuts two new teams

Added:
Feb 22, 2008

Online advertising network Advertising.com has introduced new Quantitative Services (QS) and Client Services (CS) teams to offer greater analysis and customer service to its clients.

The QS team will expand the organisation's analytical tools, reporting processes and critical evaluation capacity. Advertising.com said the team is made up of mathematics specialists with PhD and MSc qualifications.

The team will aim to optimise revenue and profitability from Advertising.com's display network to provide customers with more transparency and insight into their campaigns.

Working alongside the QS team, the CS team will aim to ensure that Advertising.com's customers have access to a centralised team of experts for all enquiries and campaign management issues.

Brendan Condon, Managing Director, Advertising.com International, puts the new teams into strategic context: "Being able to demonstrate that advertising campaigns are engaging target viewers and turning click through rates into cash is now more important than ever. With a client focused team of over 40 people it is a testament to our commitment to ensuring all of our customers enjoy a significant return on investment."
