The strategic alliance will see TAMBA handle all organic search engine optimisation for Netimperative, produce viral campaigns and enhance the online publisher's overall digital strategy.
Commenting on the partnership, Davina Lines, Managing Director of NetImperative, said: "Netimperative are extremely pleased to be working with an agency of TAMBA's calibre on both the SEO and viral aspects of our web presence. Netimperative are keen to increase their search positioning and make the site as accessible to as many digital agency professionals and digital marketers as possible.
“The viral campaign should help to promote the medium to our existing audience, raise the profile of the Netimperative brand and add a little fun to the busy working day of our B2B readers."
Founded in 1994, TAMBA counts Carlsberg, the BBC, bpas (British Pregnancy Advisory Service) and electrical firm Hagemeyer among its clients.
The agency works on projects including viral games, ecommerce solutions and content management systems for business and brands.
Kay Hammond, TAMBA's MD, said the alliance was part of a bigger strategy to align TAMBA with key industry figures and brands.
"As a rapidly expanding agency, these alliances allow us to get more involved in strategising for the industry at large, as well as re-positioning us in the market as we grow," Hammond added.
TAMBA recently won the Comic Relief Red Nose Day Digital Challenge and special NMA Effectiveness Award. The agency was also a winner of one of 10 Y Design Awards at the London Design Festival 2006.
