The High Court order follows a 12-month investigation looking into the activities of illegal filesharers, conducted by Federation Against Software Theft (Fast).
The group accuses the 150 individuals of breaking copyright law by uploading software and sharing it online.
Over the next two weeks, the ISPs have to provide the names, addresses and other personal details of those accused of file-sharering.
The anti-piracy group needs the ISPs to hand over these details as most pirates use false names and email addresses.
FAST will approach the police and Crown Prosecution Service once it has the personal information.
