Formed from the recent merger between The Usability Company and Web Abacus, Foviance fuses web analytics software and usability consultancy into one ‘experience management’ service aimed at Web publishers and advertisers.

The service lets clients see what happens when customers use their digital services, and then get advice on how to improve their experience. The service is available across all digital channels including the Internet, interactive TV and mobile.

In his new role, Moan will be responsible for acquiring new clients, while ensuring continued development of Foviance's existing client accounts.

Moan has a background in finance and IT, and has worked for a number of brands including Lloyds bank and RBS.

Commenting on his appointment, Moan said: "Foviance has the ability to gain significant market share, placing the business in the position of market leader in Experience Management. I hope that with my contribution this will lead to consistent business growth for the company".
