Mumtaz Khamker has been appointed as search manager of Harvest Digital, where she will oversee the account management of Harvest Digital's  search engine marketing accounts, including Zopa, Shelter, Norwich Union and CMC.

She will manage a team of search analysts and report to creative partner, Mike Teasdale.

Mumtaz joins from dgm where she managed PPC, SEO and affiliate programmes for clients including ntl, First Choice, Easyjet, Tiscali and Telewest.

Before that she was a Senior Account Manager at WebOptimiser overseeing natural search campaigns for Vodafone, Ford and Citibank.  She has also worked at Sainsbury's Online, Grey Interactive, Egg Interactive and Wheel.

Also joining this week is Lisa Higginson as a search analyst to execute the daily activity on PPC and SEO campaigns at Harvest Digital.

Leaving the role of marketing assistant at the House Price Directory, where she implemented SEO, PPC and partner marketing campaigns, she brings experience of online and offline advertising, email marketing and web development.

Commenting on the appointments, Teasdale, said: "As a full-service agency, almost every client brief we see includes search marketing - our aim is to provide as good a service in search marketing as a client might expect from a specialist search company, with the added
insight of being able to compare effectiveness across other online media channels."

Formed in 2001, Harvest Digital is a full-service online marketing agency which aims to understand consumer behaviour online and utilize the most appropriate media to reach the target audience for each brand.

As well as media, search  engine marketing and creative services the agency offers cross platform development and media including mobile and interactive TV.
