The Essex-based agency has donated its work to the charity and has worked with come campaign leader CAF (Charities Aid Foundation) to design the site at www.nationalgivingweek.org.
The site urges donors to make their giving more effective, and challenges companies to get more involved in their communities, and encourages small and medium-sized charities to make more of their fundraising.
As well as outlining how donors, companies and charities can raise the profile of giving, the site has a PR toolkit to help small and medium sized charities develop their own press campaign around the Week.
The website offers information on tax-efficient giving, online polls, a regular e-newsletter and case studies on regional and national charities.
Visitors can take part in regular online polls that provide a snapshot of public opinion by asking the questions: street fundraisers - friend or foe; should the Government be doing more; is a charity wristband just a fashion statement; and do public schools and private hospitals deserve charitable status?
Peter Greatorex, Page Nine's managing director, said: "I feel it is very important to be once again supporting National Giving Week by donating our expertise. As a nation we are poor when it comes to giving to charity, and we are delighted to be sponsoring the web site and its objectives".
In addition to complying with W3C 'Bobby AA' web accessibility standards, Page Nine has designed www.nationalgivingweek.org as a content managed site that can be regularly updated remotely by CAF.
