JJB Sports launches first online store

The store has recently been launched as a development of the existing informational site, www.jjbsports.co.uk. 

 

JJB Sports appointed digital retail technology firm Zendor in April to launch the site after an initial project in March 2005.

 

Zendor’s solution for JJB Sports will include order and payment processing, fraud management, call centre services, warehousing and fulfilment, delivery, returns and customer data management. 

 

Winston Higham, marketing director of JJB Sports said; “JJB Sports has considered trading its products on the Internet for some time. 

 

“The success of this market over the last 12 months encouraged us to seek advice and assistance from Zendor, whose reputation in the multi-channel retail industry speaks for itself, and who will play an important role in working with us to successfully launch our website in the UK.”
