The agency takes over the £5m account from Manning Gottlieb OMD.

From 1 June, i-level  will roll-out its first work for the firm with a campaign across the AA’s full business portfolio.

The You’ve Got AA Friend campaign uses real-life scenarios of the AA’s patrol helping the public, from getting would-be brides to the church on time to returning an elephant to the zoo.  The campaign uses creative from agency DLKW.

The agency’s brief is to continue to grow and improve the role and return on investment of digital marketing channels for the AA’s three core businesses: roadside recovery, insurance and loans.

Ed Ling, strategic development director at i-level said: “Online already represents a significant channel to market for the AA, and we're delighted to have the opportunity to work with them to build upon this and help take it to the next level".

The deal marks the forth win in as many weeks for i-level, following its appointment to the BBC agency roster, alongside wins for the Orange and BSkyB digital accounts.
