Charity site promos funding for developing world firms

The website www.opportunity.org.uk has been designed by JJ to provide provide information on poor entrepreneurs from Africa, Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe who have received small business loans donated by Opportunity International UK.
The site also provides links and learning materials on microfinance, an archive of press releases and details of Opportunity’s latest publications and initiatives.
The launch coincides with the UN designating 2005 the Year of Microcredit with a series of new global initiatives.
Kate Eddy, direct marketing manager from Opportunity International UK said: “We asked JJ to create something that we could use to enhance our brand, position Opportunity as a leading expert in the field of microfinance and act as a “shop-window” to attract new supporters to help us fund current and future programmes."
JJ has developed websites for several clients, including Aston Martin, smart and Miriam Stoppard.
