Bridget gets v big web campaign

The promotion will take the form of a site takeover, following similar campaigns on Yahoo and MSN earlier in the year.
Users accessing the Wanadoo homepage will initially be presented with an overlay advertising the film during its day of release, on 11 November.
The activity will be supplemented with an entire "Bridget Jones channel":http://www.wanadoo.co.uk/bridgetjones2 within Wanadoo.
Included in the channel will be the trailer, reviews, links to other sites, a Bridget-O-Meter, Big pants workout, exercise regime and desktop download news service.
Motion picture firm UIP said it chose Wanadoo to promote the film as was “a very established female channel”.
