FT appoints Fortune Cookie for ‘The Banker’ online service

The new service will allow subscribers to search the publication’s research database containing information on more than 3,000 world banks.

FT Business Publisher Angus Cushley said: "Now subscribers can access our archive of over 3000 banks, 24/7. As well as viewing our world ranking listings, subscribers have the ability to create bespoke data queries that they can use for research, analysis and new business opportunities."

Founded in 1926, The Banker provides global financial intelligence to the international banking and finance community. Published monthly, each issue delivers news and opinion on the latest developments in both the retail and investment banking sectors.

"Fortune Cookie":http://www.fortune-cookie.com said the site will have an easy-to-use search function and will comply with W3C accessibility standards. The company has also created a function that allows users to create a print style-sheet of any search result.

Fortune Cookie designs websites and intranets for companies including National Express Group, First Group, RWE Thames Water, Legal & General, Michelin, Europcar and Kuoni Travel.
