Camelot adds virtual rep to website

National Lottery operator Camelot has added a 'virtual representative' to its website to provide 24-hour support and guidance for visitors. The virtual rep has been created to look like UK lottery draw presenter Gigi Morley and Camelot expects to improve customer relations while decreasing call centre costs following the initiative. The software was provided by NativeMinds, which has also rolled-out virtual reps for such as 'Hank' for Coca-Cola and 'Kate' for Ford.
