The website is designed to give small companies information, advice and practical support to help them adopt best practices and boost profits, productivity and performance.

There are over 150 best practice video case studies available that are designed to cover every area of business - from leadership and finance to health and safety and marketing. The video case studies can be accessed free of charge and the SBS is using streaming technology from twofourtv.

On top of the video case studies, the website also provides an extensive resource library.

The web-based material complements and extends the reach of CONNECT, a nationwide seminar programme for small businesses. The SBS said that of the 16,000 businesses who attended a CONNECT event last year, 78% reported a positive impact on their business.
