UK ISP Eclipse Internet has launched its own campaign package to help business groups, communities and individuals wanting to get broadband in their local area. Following a similar initiative launched by BT last month, Eclipse will, like BT, provide marketing material such as leaflets and posters that people can use to drum up interest in broadband. However, the company has gone one up on BT and is offering broadband campaigners their own website space free of charge. "Our sponsorship package is an ideal opportunity for local campaigners to launch broadband lobby websites with minimal effort using a template that is both informative and impartial," said Jomie Carmichael, co-founder and director of Eclipse Internet.
