Gaming Corp losse overshadow sales rise

Gaming Corporation doubled turnover during fiscal 2002 but reported a fivefold increase in pre-tax losses. The company generated £842,000 in sales, but made an operating loss of £2.49m. Gaming Corporation operates Casino.co.uk, an internet gaming portal with over 75,000 unique users per month, as well as TV-listings service Onthebox. It retained £104,000 in cash at the end of September 2002 but owes only £7,770 in reported net current liabilities.
