ABBA legend Bjorn Ulvaeus has teamed up with Per Gessle of Roxette and Swedish IT entrepreneurs NoteHeads Musical Expert Systems to create a new internet venture that will provide access to digital sheet music. Since only 5% of newly-released music is available in sheet music form, NoteHeads believes there is a gap in the market for its technology, which will be made available to artists and publishers for use on their websites. Supported by the IT Sweden Project, which promotes entrepreneurship in Sweden, the first sheet music will be the full orchestral scores of 27 ABBA hits featured in the Mamma Mia stage show.
