Euro RSCG forced into Yahoo! re-edit

The ad, which was created for the portal by Soho ad agency Euro RSCG Wnek Gosper, sparked a flurry of complaints for supporting negative gay stereotypes. It showed a victim of a stag night joke who had been tied to a tree being 'eyed up' by a camp gay man.
The ITC upheld the complaints and Euro has since re-edited the execution, though the ITC said it was still generating complaints from viewers.
Yahoo! had embarked on the campaign in the run up to Christmas to promote its shopping portal services.
