ESP Global Solutions fizzles out

ET Global Solutions, the UK-based low-cost ISP, has ceased trading and closed its website. ET, one of the first firms to offer broadband services for under £20 per month, following BT Wholesale's price cuts in April, has had its customer base taken over by Gio Internet. However, observers have said the move reflects concerns over the viability of smaller ISPs' business models, as larger firms are currently cutting their prices.
