Financial website AdviceOnline have been bought by financial advice firm Park Row for an undisclosed sum. The move follows Park Row's merger with Birchin International earlier this month and will see the AdviceOnline brand being retained with Park Row's services being integrated its current offerings. Park Row said that it is also planning "rapid expansion" by organic growth and further acquisitions. AdviceOnline, which was founded in 1999 and says that it has no debt and is fully profitable, offers independent guidance on a range of financial products via the web and face-to-face and sells general insurance products through its site.
