Experian launches new email marketing solution

The new system enables companies to communicate with customers via permission-based emails, which are personalized and customised to individual recipients, while tracking systems measure the campaign's effectiveness.
Experian claimed the newly unveiled system can execute email campaigns in all Roman alphabet based European languages, and can also utilise double byte character sets to allow Japanese and Chinese language campaigns.
“ContactMail is a combination of the best practices of email marketing, from personalising and customising emails so that the content is tailored to each customer, to always giving customers the option to opt-out,” said e-commerce chief Phil Singh.
“Also, ContactMail tracks and measures the performance of the campaign, which is essential to developing dynamic email campaigns."
