Chordiant lands Fujitsu deal

Added:
Jan 31, 2002

The agreement, announced today, will see ICL primarily focusing on Chordiant 5, the J2EE, XML and SOAP-based adaptive CRM platform for large B2C corporations launched by the California-based company earlier this month.

ICL said that it will deploy a significant number of consultants to cover implementation of the solution and will focus on customers requiring CRM flexibility as they deal with a changing economy.

The company, formed through the 1968 merger of English Electric and ICT and the subsequent acquisition of Nokia's IT services division, also recently announced a 6.3m deal with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office to implement knowledge management software for the department's 14,000 global employees.

Chordiant's current UK customers include new mobile operator Hutchison 3G.
