BULLETIN: Wednesday TMT results and IPOs

Main market

Microchip developer and designer ARC International released year-end figures for the period to 31 December. Turnover was up 10% at 3.5m with pre-tax losses at 16.3m and earnings per share of 7.7p.

Technology, internet and e-commerce solutions company Bright Station released its year-end figures for the period to 31 December. The company reported a pre-tax loss of 128.9m on turnover of 57.6m. Cash reserves at the end of the period stood at 16.3m.

Nine month results for the period to 31 December, were released by games developer Eidos. Turnover for the period was 120.8m with pre-tax losses of 68m and losses per share of 65.6p.

Interactive 3D virtual exhibition provider Expocentric released maiden results for the sixteen month period ended 31 December. The figures reveal turnover of 171,000 with pre-tax losses of 12.6m, and cash reserves of 40.3m.

Software services group Gladstone's interim figures for the period to 31 December showed pre-tax losses of 4.5m made on group turnover of 5.4m. Loss per share stood at 14.94p.

Project Telecom, the virtual network service provider, released year-end results for the period to 31 December. Turnover was 256.6m with pre-tax profits of 5.8m and earnings per share of 1.92p.

Software developer Royalblue released year-end figures for the period to 31 December. Turnover was up 45% at 57.4m with pre-tax profit up 6% at 6.9m and earnings per share of 13.7p.

Year-end figures for the period to 31 December were released by network technology company Spirent. The results showed turnover up 28% at 696.7m with pre-tax profit of 81.8m and earnings per share of 7.4p.

Fifteen-month figures were released by Sports gaming technology company Sportech for the period ending 31 December. Turnover was 63m with pre-tax profits of 26.7m. Cash reserves were 17.9m.

Sports content and entertainment company, Teamtalk.com released Q3 results for the period to 31 December. They reveal turnover of 2.4m with pre-tax losses of 2.3m and a loss per share of 1.11p.

AIM

Cash shell Bidtimes released interim results for the period to 31 August. Figures revealed administration expenses of 81,996 with pre-tax losses of 71,907. Cash reserves were 1.12m.

Internet and technology related incubator Brainspark released twelve month figures for the period to 31 December. They show pre-tax losses of 14.5m with cash reserves of 9.7m. Net Assets are valued at 20.5m.

B2b supplier of telecommunication solutions to the SME market, Future integrated Telephony released interim results for the period to 30m November. Details reveal turnover up 22% at 5.1m and pre-tax losses of 1.1m.Cash reserves were 2.08m.

Internet based communications provider for football clubs, Interclubnet released interim results for the period to 30 November. Turnover was 468,000 with pre-tax losses of 879,000. Cash reserves were 3.8m.

Quasi-mutual ISP and financial products company, Totalise released interim figures for the period to 31 October, reporting a turnover of 1.3m with pre-tax losses of 3.2m. Cash reserves at the end of the period stood at just 456.

Meanwhile, b2b technology company ThreeW.net, also released results after the close of markets yesterday. The figures revealed turnover of 829,920 with pre-tax losses of 4.1m, and cash reserves of 350,159.

OFEX

Internet based music tutor, Songplayer released Q1 results for the period to 30 November. Figures show turnover of 2,368 with pre-tax losses of 110,687 and cash reserves of 684,949.
