Quantum opens Scottish office

The agency has also unveiled plans to launch branches in France and Holland in Q1 of 2001.

David Crawley, currently director of media at Scottish Courage, has been appointed as MD of Quantum Scotland. Crawley is expected to handle national and international business for Quantum clients in Scotland and the Leeds and Manchester area.

A joint venture between MD Paul Longhurst and ad agency Booth Locket Makin, Quantum New Media's client list includes Cornhill Insurance, Domino's Pizza, Stepstone, Halifax, IF and Thomas Cook.
